Pathetic service, these people are ****s.

I bought a sleeper couch on 25/10 and was told that it would take 10 business days. No communication from them that are delays, i am the one that has to call in and enquire. On the 10 business day i called and asked about my order was advised that the vendor will deliver the following week. That time also came and again i am the one calling them because they don't respond to emails and their whatsapp chat, the gentlemen assisting said that he will follow up with the vendor and respond to me via whatsapp. Bathong he comes back to saying that the stated that they have a black leather couche and they can have it delivered the next day!!!! I

I wonder whose couch is it that they want to give to me, anyways I declined and asked to be refunded my money and was told that a refund takes 10 to 14 business days. At this point i am feeling helpless because I really need the couch, i made a purchase because i have a need.

i am very frustrated and angry at homzy!!!
