Lebo from Homzy Langlaagte questionable

Terrible. We had put down a deposit on a couch set. The price came to around R12000. We put down a deposit. Things happened where we no longer had the money to afford the couch and we had already paid an amount of R4724. We asked Lebo from the Langlaagte headoffice, who helped us that we can no longer afford to buy the couch as many economic struggles had come about this year. Lebo told as she will try her hardest to sell it for us to return our money. She now ignores all correspondence. What does that mean? Old Lebo had cashed in I suppose. As why else does one ignore a client who wants to know what happening with their money. And I do have enough to actually purchase the entire couch now but I’m sure its sold and Lebo cashed in. So I want my money back. Otherwise I’m going to the small claims court.
