Horrible company ever! Ordered a beige 3 seater couch

Horrible company ever! Ordered a beige 3 seater couch. Besides them taking a month to deliver it after many follow ups with no response. They delivered a couch that is filthy, with stains all over and the sponge is as hard as stone. I specifically ordered a couch with medium softness of the sponge. These people have messed up and I would never recommend anyone to buy from them Transacting with them is a nightmare. Please stay clear of these nightmares.
