Homzy - Shoddy and unacceptable workmanship!

After a month I received the Rita Coffee Corner which does not look like their product on the website, it is more like a sideboard, gloss instead of the matt I asked for, shoddy workmanship, chipped and scratched and honestly not classy at all. Totally unacceptable. I have requested a full refund, which I doubt I will get after reading other reviews on Homzy, I am disappointed and shocked they could even feel proud to send a product like this.
