Homzy seems to be a ****

Placed an order #10540 with their online store on 03 November. Expected delivery date was between 10-15 business days. Have been consistently following this up where I am given the run around and told that the order is still being processed by the vendor. I have requested that part of the order which they say they have received be delivered in the mean time. I am still waiting for them to respond to my request. Have followed up again today and they are yet to reply. This is smelling like a big ****. Request for a refund looks very bleak at the moment.
