Homzy not to be trusted

My order from Homzy (Mainreef) was not delivered on the date that was promised. After chatting to them and requesting a refund the manager, Malek, yelled that there are no F#*@ refunds. We went back and forth and he promised to deliver on Tuesday 08/10/2024. Tuesday came and went. He then promised for delivery on Thursday. Still nothing....... I have tried reaching H/O or a regional manager but the person on the WhatsApp line could not share these details. Not even a complaints line. I now have nowhere to turn.
