Homzy nightmare

Horrible service. I ordered barstools November 2024 & they were not delivered. There was a problem with the supplier and we opted for a refund. We're still waiting to date. Messages are ignored, they frustrated the consumer goods ombudsman too. The only person that can help me is Mr X at this point.
