Homzy = lies + pathetic service!

I thought the website was too good to be true, so decided to visit the store on Main Reef Rd, Industria...worst decision ever! DO NOT BUY FROM HOMZY!

I placed an order in store, it was written in their 'black book', paid a deposit and was told the system was faulty, so they'd send it within 24hours via whatsapp. I waited over the 24hrs and never received the invoice. Decided to call and was eventually sent an invoice over whatsapp. I thought everything was sorted and had to wait the 3 week lead time. Me being impatient, checked on the progress of my couch within 2 weeks and was told it's still "processing at the vendor". Fine, that I expected. Three weeks comes and I message again, no response, I waited and messaged a 2nd day in a row still nothing. I phoned, and no answer. Decided to go to the store, was met by many people, asked them about the couch, was first told "It's in the warehouse, let us fetch it for you", waited and waited, the couch was never brought. They ran around like headless chickens trying or rather "acting" as if they were looking for my couch. They couldn't find their "black order book" couldn't find my invoice and couldn't find my order...because IR WAS NEVER PLACED! They continued to lie to my face, until I demanded my deposit back which they transfered back very reluctantly.

I'm appalled by the lack of organisation and structure at the store. The man in charge of the online orders was very apologetic, but that does not make up for the pathetic service from the rest of the staff who seem to not enjoy their jobs.

I was **** to about the progress of my couch and even after them lying they still did not place the order.
