Homzy Ignoring my calls and text and after they have collected my couch for repairs

I bought an L-shaped couch from Homzy in January. The spring in one of the pieces snaped and the seat caved in. I raised it with them and they came and collected the coach. After two weeks the couch was returned but this time around the fabric was torn and it had stain marks. The legs were changed to shorter legs. This one piece was again collected only to be brought back the way it was. It has been with them three times already. the piece currently with them and they are now ignoring my calls and whatsapp text as i have opted for a refund because they are clearly failing to fix the one piece.
