Frustrating experience: Poor service and refund issues

I’m beyond frustrated with Homzy’s service. They didn’t deliver my order on time, and every time I followed up, I got excuse after excuse. After weeks of waiting, I gave up and asked for a refund; then things got even worse. They made the whole process a nightmare, giving me a runaround and making it as difficult as possible. Every time I reached out, I was either ignored or told that the manager wasn't around. At this point, it feels like they have no intention of actually helping their customers.

Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend Homzy to anyone. If you’re thinking of ordering from them, be prepared for frustration! You might never get your order or your money
