DAVIS COFFEE TABLE BY HOMZY

If I had an option for rating a negative I would.

1. I ordered a table that had a special for free delivery on 7 June 2024 and when I was paying my order I had to pay the delivery fee even though the adverti*****t said delivery is free. 2. I was told my order will be ready in 2 weeks , I called the day before the delivery day just to be told that my order is not ready and I can wait for another week for the delivery. 3. I waited another week and on the day of the delivery I receive a refund notification for my order and my order has been cancelled without my knowledge or any communication 4. I immediately called Homzy(The company) to get clarity and I was told its a system error and I had to pay back the money for the delivery to go out. 5. I paid the money back and I was told delivery cannot happen as scheduled and it has to be postponed AGAIN. 6. I asked if they can please make it on that day as I already took leave to receive the table and they agreed to deliver the table on the same day, however a WRONG table was delivered and it had to go back.

The service was extremely horrible and there was no consideration for my time as I had to take leave at work every time they promised to deliver.

They do not communicate with their customers and you literally have to beg for anything.

I do not recommend anyone to buy here.
