Couch Completely Collapsed After Two Years

After only approximately two years of normal use, the couch has completely caved in. The springs have also detached, and the internal support structure has clearly failed.

I have attached photographs to this email as proof of the condition of the couch. The photographs clearly show the extent of the damage and the fact that the couch is no longer in a usable condition.

I am also extremely concerned about the construction of the couch. The timber used appears to be very low-grade pine pallet-type wood, similar to the type of timber commonly used for disposable or waste pallets. This does not appear to be suitable for a couch that is expected to withstand normal household use over a reasonable period.

I find it unacceptable that a couch has completely collapsed and the springs have detached after only two years.
