Cheap and bad quality couches
I bought a couch in June. 3 months later the couch is torn and the cushion are lumpy. Cheap material and they delivered something different from the add on their website. I am totally not impressed and I wouldn't suggest anyone to be sold a dream and waste of money on a low quality item. I am very angry and not going to buy anything from you. Homzy is a total ***** of a store.

26 Sept 2023, 10:56Mamello from Homzy made contact with me on Saturday and advised that they will replace my couch and they will send me a catalogue via email to choose the replacement couch I want, she even sent me a text on WhatsApp to ask me if I have received the email. I was so excited that they have heard my problem and they were willing to resolve the issue... I chose the couch and responded to the WhatsApp. Now today the every same lady tells me that management says they have nothing to do with the faulty couch, it's the factory issue and they won't anything about it. So whose the fool here..! Me...? And I don't know the factory... I know Homzy as I bought the couch from Homzy! I'm so disappointed and feel disrespected as you guys played with my emotions.. You give me hopes that everything is going to be resolved than the next minute you tell me you can't do anything about it. You guys play mind games with people..
