I placed an order for the Samuel L shaped couch. I provided VERY specific instructions regarding the dimensions. All instructions were ignored the first time the couch was delivered. Homzy promised to rectify this by delivering a second couch. Lo and behold, the second couch was delivered and it was exactly the same as the first couch. This made me question whether they do quality checks to ensure the actual product meets the customer's specifications. My instructions were ignored yet again. I then has to put up with inconvenience of not having a couch for about 2 months as they promised to rectify the issue by delivering a third couch. The third couch was delivered which was according to my specifications, however, the whole experience had already left a sour taste. The third couch was delivered with 3 cushions (1 of them had a different colour from the other two). I queried this with the sales assistant and was told that the 3rd cushion was a gift and that's why the colour was different. Surely, if it was a gift, then I would expect it to be the same color as the other cushions. I'm tired of this ordeal and I don't see myself buying from them again. I would also not recommend them.
