BAD SERVICE, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING.

Horrible experience buying from Homzy, Please don't buy from them, I went there to buy furniture a lady named Lebo helped me, I placed my order with her on the 25th and she advised me it would be ready on the 5th of December. I need the furniture by Christmas as I'm having visitors and don't have my old sofas anymore. I called closed to the date only for them to tell me the sofa's will be ready on the 10th of December, I called on the 10th but no one knew any update on my order, on the week of the 11 i called their store manager Modmed only for him to send a WhatsApp saying i will get them the Saturday of the 23 rd on Friday I call 5 times, 2 x Lebo, Julia, they had no information and they said they will call me back or send a WhatsApp but never did. I call again Rene answered for the second time and later sent a message that the furniture suite will be ready on Wednesday, what an inconvenience, where will i sit my visitors. What a Mess ... Please don't buy from this store, they dont update the customer you constantly have to call them. NO ONE CARES. EVEN THE OWNER DOES NOT CARE ABOUT HIS BRAND.... Bad service...all round.
