Bad after service from Homzy!!!!

Disappointment is an understatement. Bought couches and two beds at this shop and they delivered one bed and the couch in exceptional condition and as per our expectation.

The issue came with my bed which was very poorly done and looked nothing like what was on the catalogue and it was not in the colour requested. The bed was sent back to be re-done. They sent pics two weeks later of the bed which was sent back and the bed looked worse than what I sent back. Eventually i said they must send me pics of bed that are in stock that I can choose from. They sent pics and I chose a different bed and thought the process would be easy but I am still waiting for that bed to be delivered. They have been delaying and giving excuse after excuse and I am not confident that they will deliver however ill keep waiting for them to sort the matter out. Its been a month waiting for this bed and they are taking their own damn time and i am so done with Homzy and will never support them again!!!!!’
