****! Avoid like the plague! Still no refund...

First our order for a new couch was delayed for ages. On all of our follow up they failed to communicate with us or update us on expected delivery date. Eventually when the L-shaped couch was delivered it had been built with the L opposite to the way we ordered it and had rips in the fabric.

They collected the couch and promised a refiund. Weeks later and we have not received our refund by the promised date although we have been following up reguilarly and the lack of communication continues.

If you deal with this company expect the worst product and service imaginable, and very likely for your money to disappear.
