Appalling Service

I bought an L-Shape couch on the 6th August 2024, till today the 26 September 2024, my couch is still on the way. I was promised a 21 days delivery. What is annoying is that there is no update from their end. You will forever be calling and they tell me that they have sent an inquiry they will revert back shortly but never respond.

I am highly disappointed and I will not recommend Howzy to anyone.
