Sadly 0 Stars is not an option! This company is possibly the worst company I have EVER had the displeasure of dealing with. Sofa ordered 16 May on their only platform which is faulty...their system accepted an order (and took the money) for a delivery to WC - 3 days later after being treated like a complete idiot I gave up the fight and asked for a refund.

When I do a response from either their whatsapp or facebook messenger platform (there have been 2) I am told they forgot to process the refund and will get it done as a priority...I am still waiting!

I really should have check hello peter first - this has been one of the most stressful situations over the last month - how many people actually have R12k they can just do without for however long this 'company' feels like taking to repay them? And still be without a sofa...

I am actually beyond frustrated and have logged with the OMBUD!
