On 2024/09/25, I placed an order for 4 mirrors (x3 custom mirrors and x1 Crown Mirror). A partial delivery of three mirrors (2 custom and 1 crown) occurred by the end of 2024.

Unfortunately, the custom mirrors were poorly crafted, with an incorrect color. As a result, I arranged for their pick-up on 2024/11/21.

To date (middle March 2025) - more than 5 months later: - The three custom mirrors have not been redelivered. - ⁠A requested refund has not been provided. - ⁠My follow-up attempts, including phone calls and WatsApps, have gone unanswered. - ⁠As of now, I am left without mirrors, R5400 out of pocket, and no communication or resolution from the company.

It is disheartening, as I genuinely enjoy supporting small local businesses. However, this experience has unfortunately turned out to be unpleasant.

I would strongly advise others to be cautious when considering ordering from this business.
