Worst place one could stay in especially for the price

🚨WARNING: FALSE ADVERTISING & POOR CONDITIONS AT HOMII🚨

I want to warn everyone about Homii apartment Cape Town. The property is falsely advertised, and the reality is far from what was promised. Here’s my experience:

✅ What was advertised: Luxury apartment with modern finishes, mountain view, 24/7 security, 24/7 electricity, clean water, great amenities, furnished apartments and many more

❌ What I got: Leaking ceilings, broken appliances, pests, unsafe environment, violation of human rights, and so many more, property owes municipality R2,000,000.00 therefore the authorities come every now and then to put power off and leave everyone in the dark which also endangers the life of the guests

I have tried numerously addressing the issue with management, but they ignored my concerns. When i posted our experiences on: 🔹 TikTok 🔹 Instagram 🔹 Facebook I was BLOCKED instead of getting a response. Clearly, they don’t want the truth to come out!

If you’re considering staying here—BEWARE! Don’t fall for their misleading advertising. I will also be reporting this to: ⚖️ National Consumer Commission (NCC) – 🏢 Local Rental Authorities 💬 Review sites like Google Reviews, HelloPeter, and Trustpilot
