WORST ACCOMMODATION IN CAPE TOWN CITY CENTRE

BIGGEST ****!!!! AVOID THIS BUILDING!!!One of the worst short term so called "aparthotel" I have ever stayed at. FALSE advertising and marketing strategies to lure people into this hostel looking building. What I saw online is nothing compared to the apartment I got. From the entrance I started doubting, when I saw the room I was even more shocked. Dirty old used beds filled with bed bugs, rooms and hallways filled with ****roaches. No ventilation or fumigation in this building. There are "cleaners" yet the building is forever smelling like a squatter camp. Laundry room has 3 washers & 3 dryers. With only 1 washer & 2 dryers working and there's over a 200 residents living here. The building is not maintained and the owners DO NOT CARE!!!! These were the most HORRIBLE 3 months of my entire life. Never have I stayed in accommodation that is 10k excluding water and electricity and there is not even basic facilities or amenities to use as advertised. The month of February 2025 has been the WORST, we had NO ELECTRICITY for 2 days. NO WIFI for 2 days and NO HOT WATER FOR 5 days. Yet we paid for a full month and we had 9 DAYS of inconvenience. DO NOT BOOK YOUR STAY OR MOVE TO THIS BUILDING, YOU WILL DEEPLY REGRET IT!!! IT IS FAR FROM WHAT THEY SHOWING ON PICTURES!!
