unacceptable noise level from happy feet shop

I am so drained and tired the is a shop in corner field and smith street in Durban called happy feet they playing a recording very loud from Monday to Sunday 08:30 to 17:30 and it so disturbing you can't even contrate and I believe it is starting to affect my health and the noise is unbearable and not really necessary I would understand if they play it month end or any other day but every no this is unacceptable please assist as am starting to go crazy now
