Terrible Service/ Bad Management /Dirty Apartments/ Uncultured individuals

The lack of accountability and attention to service is rather disappointing and redundant to the last core, the securities are a complete retard, very unprofessional, and lack ethics. There is absolutely ZERO service from this place.

The apartments are not being fumigated, a huge infestation of roaches from neighbors coupled with bed bugs and pure filth. The noise level at this place is not worth the rental we pay to stay here if it's not grown adults screaming at the top of their lungs loud music being played until the entire floor is awake and the security does absolutely nothing

The management is a nightmare even to begin dealing with. Accountability and taking responsibility are one thing they don't even know!!! Gosh, this is a terrible place to stay. The site agent, Angelo Macheto, is an absolute waste of time and energy. He never takes any reports seriously and will shift blame to someone else, which is even more frustrating.

For peace of mind and sanity, NEVER book at this place it's completely out of sync nothing is done right!!!!
