Terrible Admin and Service - Unreliable

Service is slow to nonexistent. When the business requires payment from you, you are physically ambushed (it has happened to me), however, when expecting due reimbur*****t that the company is obliged to pay you, representatives disappear. I have been trying to get my reimbur*****t for 2 months now with no success and no recent communication. Living under their administration was unpleasant, but this reimbur*****t issue takes the cake.
