****phobic ************** and Victimisation
This is an account of the ****phobic ************** and victimisation I have received from HOMII Property Management Company, specifically from the buildings Site Administrator named Kwenzo Simelane.
The issues include incompetence, *******ly cutting off basic services, and victimization and discriminatory ****phobic behavior.
Details of Complaint ****phobic **************, Incompetence and *******ly refusing basic services, by Homii Lifestyle, Church Square Pretoria: Unjust Fines: I was fined for allegedly smoking in public areas within undesignated areas of building more than 2 months ago, which is not true. Despite the presence of security cameras, no evidence was provided to support these claims. When I refused to pay the unjust fine, my electricity was cut off again I am currently sitting without electricity.
Discriminatory Behavior: Personal and ****phobic Attacks: The manager, Kwenzo, has displayed a clear personal vendetta against me since I moved in to this building, which I believe is motivated by ****phobia. He has used derogatory and ***ual insults, referring to me as "lady" or saying "ladies first" in a demeaning manner, despite me being a grown man who is at least 30 years older than he is. If I complain about any services which were not working he responds with “what are you going to about it”, literally trying to provoke and antagonize me constantly. He cuts off my electricity and water many hours before the deadline to pay had been reached, and then refusing to come down from his apartment when I call him via reception to resolve the problem. I have had to throw away more than R2500 worth of meat and groceries because of him during January. I wanted to move to a different apartment and he would not allow this even though I was standing there ready to pay the extra money, as well as the extra admin fees.
The current issue: Falsely accusing me of smoking in undesignated areas where I certainly did not. Im not about to pay for something I did not do. I work from home, and this is causing delays for me professionally. There are cameras all over the building and he refuses to show me any footage. Kwenzo claims this happened more than 2 months ago but wants to fine me today.
This Is clearly personal.
