Overpriced, Unsafe, and Unresponsive: Horrific Experience with Homii Living

My experience with Homii has been nothing short of a nightmare. Despite paying a premium for rent, the management is abysmal, and the building conditions are even worse. I've been dealing with ****roaches invading my apartment, and the infestation is spreading from a neighbouring unit. The worst part? Management is aware of it but has done absolutely nothing to resolve it. It’s clear there’s zero respect for the health and safety of tenants here.

For nearly a month, I went without hot water before finally getting any assistance. After it was “fixed,” I was left without water again just days later. To top it all off, they’ve installed personal-use washing machines in the building's laundromat yet charge exorbitant rates, creating a frustrating experience in every aspect.

The lack of response from Homii management makes it clear they prioritize profits over tenants' wellbeing. If you’re considering Homii, be warned: you’re paying premium rates for horrific living conditions, zero accountability, and no support. Save your money and look elsewhere!
