Pathetic | Unprofessional | Unreasonable| Bad Attitude| Roadhes infested houses

Nothing works in these buildings! You get hooked on nice pictures and what’s inside is pathetic! The unexplainable heat that comes from these partitioned units with No ventilation - they don’t care!

The Lifts - forever not working. Lights can be off randomly so In a no loadshedding area.

The Roaches - never seen so many roaches in one place. When they talk about pest control, useless they just come in to spill water and same day the roaches will be same place everywhere including the corridors - unbothered!

We moved out of this place on the 1st of the month and the lift was stuck - not a surprise! So we couldn’t move one of our heaviest item as it required use of lift. We told the staff that since we are not able to move same item, it will be collected when lift is working. Okay, 13 days later a woman who’s been updating me notified me that the lift was fixed and is now working. Believest Thou, on the next day we went to collect midday, they refused and held us for 5+ hours refusing with our item! This is not even our fault- their lift was not working- but because we are dealing with top notch *****ic staff, expect it all. Also Not a shock as some of the tenants who moved out complained a lots about being charged extra amounts they had to pay in cash in the name of fines which are paid to a guy named Kwenzo in Cash. Now the same guy and his boss Panarosh or whoever he is were trying to ******* money from us by refusing with our item we couldn’t take down from 6th floor due to their breach to our services - no lift operating!

HOMii Lifestyle has no regard for Customer Service!! They Just Do Not Care! Their Employees All of Them Are just So Unprofessional, Not Trained for the Residential Rental Housing sector, let alone customer service. Their manager is even worse than them - giving them unprofessional instructions that will harm their own business reputation! They don’t care!
