My R5215 is going down the drain every month!

Do not bother yourself with this place. I have lived here for almost 2.5 years and I am not going to live any longer than 2 months. This place used to be so great when I moved in. But maintenance has dramatically decreased in an appalling way. The rooms are not renovated after someone moves out. The room is not repainted or deep-cleaned. You move into a debilitated apartment which is completely disguisting. There is a ****roach infestation across the building and they are absolutely doing nothing about it no matter how many times you go and report. You pay R5215 in full but they cannot provide basic maintenance of fumigation?… I cannot begin to mention front desk staff. You will encounter a guy named Sinethemba, he is the most self-centred person ever. If I did not know better I would think the company belongs to his Dad. We pay their salaries but they lack basic attentiveness and emphathy towards the tenants. Disgusting!
