Avoid Homi – False Promises and Terrible Living Conditions!😭😭😭💔💔

I have been staying at Homi for over a year, renewing my stay on a month-to-month basis as a “guest” rather than a tenant. This label conveniently allows management to ignore residents’ concerns, making it impossible for our voices to be heard. Despite paying full rent every month, the services and living conditions do not match what is advertised on their website.

The hygiene standards are appalling🤢, with no proper cleaning precautions in place. Pest control is nonexistent—mice and bed bugs are a constant issue💔, yet management does nothing to address it. Basic amenities are also unreliable: • No Communication – WiFi gets switched off without notice, and water can go cold for days without explanation. • Unsafe Living Conditions – Security is a major issue, with broken sliding doors on the roof that put residents at risk. • Neglect and Poor Maintenance – Recently, our electricity was cut off for two consecutive days, leading to spoiled food in our fridges. Despite repeated complaints, nothing gets fixed.

Living at Homi feels like living in a squatter camp rather than a managed accommodation facility. The service is terrible, complaints go unanswered, and residents are left to deal with worsening conditions while still being expected to pay full rent.

If you’re considering staying at Homi—don’t. The experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. #HomiSucks
