It's over a month now and still haven't received my refund (deposit)

Evicted from the homii building on the 28th of February 2021 after the administor did the check out and everything was fine,I was informed that I will get my deposit after 21days, we are now in the month of April and still haven't received my refund as promised, am sending them emails daily and when they respond they are always asking me the same question '' when you moved out, which flat, bank statement'' I have sent those details more than 5 times... I was staying at homii lifestyle which is in central Durban... Corner of Smith Street and field opposite Richfield college... Room no 1012....2 bedroom flat
