Is there anything that can be done about these ******* whose been getting away with ******

These people employ contractors to carry out work in there buildings but when it comes to payment they dont pay them they tell the bank to give them draws according to the labour and materials but when the bank send a QS they take materials from they other buildings and pack it in the buildings that the QS is visiting they also have no passed plans from council to carry on with work the owner Leo Chetty Vithia Reddy makes the contractors cry for there money some of us havnt been paid as yet when we go to court they get other contractors to say that we stuffed up the work or didnt completely the work these guys have purchased many buildings in Durban Cape Town and Gauteng but they have no plans for all they work carried out I contacted the Durban Metro council so that they can do an investigation together with the Body Corporite but its been a year now and nothing has been done all work carried out inside the buildings is guess work they have Architects that ask you to do the work then they come draw the plans but not 1 plan has been passed by metro Council so I ask why is this so why cant the *******ion be braught to justice and what if the building collapses who answers for that when I put this on social media they threatened me with a lawyers letter
