Hommi stay has been uncomfortable and horrible.

It’s a Saturday you require assistance from reception no is of avail. I’ve had the worst experience with Homii their service and attendance to queries is appalling. I had a problem with a leaking roof where I had all my stuff damaged during 2021 and reported this unfortunately I was away for sometime, I asked for assistance till today haven’t received assistance. There are issues where you’d like to do your washing and the inconvenience of having to go to reception and finding there’s no one to assist. It’s like no one is available to assist with almost anything. My experience here has been truly horrible. Unfortunately sometimes you just get to a point where one gets tired of asking people to actually do their job.
