Homii lifestyle is a ****!!

WE ARE BEING DEPRIVED OF OUR BASIC HUMAN RIGHTS!!!! l am currently living here at Homii Liverpool , I’ve been here for only 2 months and man oh man do I regret it!!

1.There hasn’t been WATER AND ELECTRICITY for the past week ( since Friday, today is Tuesday ) on day one we thought it was load shedding but only to find that it was only our building with No water and no electricity!! There was NO EMAIL OR ANY FORM OF COMMUNICATION to inform us of what was happening so as tenants of homii we decided gather up in the dark for a meeting, in this meeting we called management and every person in charge and we were promised electricity and water but we’re still in darkness

2. This place is not safe for anyone to live in. There’s no maintenance, hence people get stuck in lifts, their sewage stink, there’s trash by the lifts and in this 10th FLOORS APARTMENT WE ONLY HAVE 1 WASHING AND 1 DRYER TO SHARE WITH EVERYONE THAT LIVES HERE!!

3. We live like animals and they don’t care about us! We are forced to go buy food and water outside which is extra cost for us and then they have the nerve to send us emails saying our rent will be increased on the 1 of April 2023… for what exactly?

In our second meeting that we had last night we were informed that this building/apartment is owing municipality and that why our electricity has been cut off! I could go on and on about the security and bad reception we get here at homii but I’ll stop here…. My advice

DO NOT, I repeat… DO NOT EVEN THINK OF LIVING HERE!!!
