How can I take the owner to task as he is owing my staff and I a lot of money yet he spends a lot of money parting but can't pay us for work done at his building and I also need to report these building to the respective Authorities he exploits his workers and contractors and bankrupt most of the contractors while he lives a plushy lifestyle
