HOMI in smith street is very disgusting, overly priced for what. You only have 1 washing machine that is not even in a good condition. The whole place is infested with ****roaches and rats all over. No maintenance is done. The water pump is always not working. Over 10 times the water goes off. You put people with kids in the same floor inconsiderate of the people without kids and who works different shifts. As much as we need a place to stay that doesn't mean you guys should treat us like animals and not attend when we need help. What you post on the website is completely different from what we see.
