Holding Business Accountable

It has been a year and five months living in the HOMii apartments and the service degrades every six months especially at the building on 1 Biccard Street Braamfontien in Johannesburg.

There has been no electricity for days now and everything in the tenants fridges has spoiled, the building is smothered by horrific smells whiffing through the air from all the spoiled food. Management has been working remote since last year, when he was called earlier in the week he had no willingness to assist and drove all complaints towards a sister company (South Point) which is responsible for maintainance. The sister company pointed the finger to Johannesburg City Power (electrify company) and they pointed the finger back to HOMii Lifestyle apartments.

I believe we need to start holding business accountable once more and not give up on ourselves as customers. With the help of Hellopeter I'm sure we can turn this country around and give the customer value for their hard earn rand.
