Haven't received my refund. Its been 14 days

Homii is the biggest ****. They click bait you and you will be surprised of the actual place. So small you a bed don't fit at all. Management is terrible, sense of agency to assist. Consultant are not helpful at all. Its Beautiful outside and rotten inside.So frustrating that it's been 14 days since i submitted my refund application and nothing has been communicated. I want my money back. I will go an extra mile to make sure homii receives bad publicity. Its a promise not a treat
