DO NOT STAY AT HOMII!!!

1. First day moving in, there was mold on the bathroom ceiling and the light switch for the bathroom was not there. They never came to fix it. Even logged the issues on the Homii app, was not attended to at all, up until we moved out at the end of the month. 2. ⁠They gave us a bed full of bed bugs. On the second day, we took the bed out onto the passage as it was unbearable, they only came to collect the bed from the passage after a week and a half and only after we had told them and showed them pictures of the bed bugs and the bites multiple times. Slept on the floor during our entire stay. On every floor, someone has taken out their bed and placed in the passage because of bed bugs. They never attended to the beds. They do not care. 3. ⁠They said that there will be fumigation, that never happened. We followed up the day after the supposed fumigation and they said that our apartment was second on the list. That was a lie. We followed up again two weeks later and they said they are following up with the pest control company and will update us. That never happened. 4. ⁠Lifts don’t work. If one lift does not work, the other lift will also become difficult. You end up having to use the stairs. 5. ⁠If there is no electricity, there will definitely be no water. There was an entire week of no electricity and water. 6. ⁠THEY HARDLY CLEAN THE PASSAGES! There are cleaning ladies but the passages are dirty, full of roaches. You’ll see dead roaches in the same spot for 3 days. 7. ⁠There’s water leaks on the corridors and becomes worse when it rains, to the point where water seeps into the nearby apartments and also into ceilings. 8. ⁠The only time they check on you are on two occasions: moving in and to confirm your stay for the following months. They don’t check on your issues that you constantly raise. They only care about your money. 9. ⁠There are roaches EVERYWHERE! No matter how much you clean, how much Doom you spray, or whatever concoction you buy from town for roaches, they will party inside your room.

DO NOT STAY AT HOMii!! No matter how difficult your situation is. Rather find a room ekasi or something. You will regret it and have trauma.
