Dissapointed and Frustrated!

A booking was made by my mother in-law. The room was double booked and was already occupied upon check-in. We have been struggeling to get a refund. No one reaponds to emails anymore and when phoning, no one can give an answer as to what the next steps will be or how they will rectify the situation. Utterly dissapointing.
