41 minutes ago NEW Month 2 of living here at it been the worst experience I have ever had with accommodation!!! This place does not cater for their tenants whatsoever.we have not had water and electricity since Friday the 24th it is now the 28th .Querries are being sent through and we have not received any feed back nor have we had our issues resolved. Let me break things down for you before you waist your money coming here.. •during load shedding when the power is cut ,this building cuts off water aswell for those 2 hrs . •no responses to our complaints •within the whole building we share one washer and one dryer •There are roaches everywhereeeeeeee! •The lifts are not working ,a tenant suffering from epilepsy got stuck in the lifts for more than 4 Hours and didn’t receive any help till the tentants forced open the lift . •parking is R450 a month and yet the security guards let anyone in the building.

With all of these issues we facing they still had the nerve to increase rent for the following month with increments of up to R1000.. This place is a joke ! DO NOT COME LIVE HERE! If it was possible to rate them 0 stars that’s exactly what I would do !
