Be aware of a dishonest residential company

My name is Senzokuhle Shibase and I have been a Guest of Homii lifestyle in Johannesburg Rissik street, I understand their business practice principles,that it based on month to month rental option, so I lodged a notice to vacate their premises the response was that they will deduct 80% of the deposit I paid, now the question is on what basis will they deduct such money, what puzzles me is that I was referred to the terms and conditions which I have signed and the checking in list which upon my request they are not furnished to me for my review and to ensure that I have left the place in the same condition I have found it, the suggestion is I have to sign an exiting document without the documents which will suffice that indeed I occupied the space and the condition I left it at, now I won't sign any documents and I want my money of deposit in full since my private and confidential information is missing and they are responsible for such maladministration , therefore everyone who wants to stay there be weary they are ******........period and there has been a breach of security the apartments were burglared and the guests they lost their valuables since they claim to have a tight security measures in place, what happened was they changed the security company from the one which was armed credited with the one which is just general security accredited now why are they contemplating to increase rent whilst their service is so poor no... we can't be used as Guinea ***s whilst their service stinks
