BAD SERVICE

It's utterly disappointing how tenants are treated at this place.Yesterday the 9/11/20 we received messages that we going to start paying for laundry services on the 12/11/20,R25 to wash and R25 to dry. 1.When we moved in free laundry services was said to be offered. 2.We don't have any other options.No washing lines to even dry our laundry or washing basins. The management is utterly inconsiderate!Always making changes without alerting people staying in the building.With them anything involving money has to be addressed in due time,yet they don't reciprocate that.You must really think we **** money.It's your lack of decency and consideration that has people leaving every other month.16 people on the Homii group we created for ourselves are planning on moving out,which serves you right.You can't make amends to the Ts&Cs And not notify nor ask the people affected if It's comfortable with them.You sell people dreams!
