HOW TO MAKE A CUSTOMER HAPPY

I ordered a custom dining suite from Homewood. The chairs and tables arrived - they looked amazing, but the chairs were a tad too high. The height really was a problem for me, and so, when I raised the issue, Homewood came and fixed it. <br> The workmanship was excellent, the staff were a pleasure to deal with<br> My dining room table is now perfect, and I am a very happy customer.<br>
