STAY AWAY FROM LEROY MERLIN OINE SHOPPING- HOMESTYLEZ SUPPLIER

If I could give a zero I would! I returned a trampoline that broke before 6 months old which I bought online through Leroy Merlin. The supplier homestylez has been dealing with my return since the 26th of October and now on the 17th of November I'm told the same story...we are waiting for feedback from the supplier. They put the phone down on you when you challenge them or request an email confirming your telephonic discussion and do not get back to you. They are rude, unhelpful and refuse to put you through to a manager as well. They tell you the manager will call you and you never get a call from the managers. When I ask when can I expect an email- they put the phone down.
