I was mis treated and taken advantage off

Homestead a B&b in Bergville I made bookings online which cost me 800 for 1 night, well the booking went well and even took the money from my account but unfortunately they don't pick up their phone coz I was going to get there late but since I paid I never thought it was going to be a problem as I paid them... I drove from jhb only to be still on the road at 10:00pm the owner of the place sent me an email saying it's past my book in time and she can't wait on me anymore but my 800 was in her account already. When i got there I was stranded to the point where I was harassed by 2 man wanted to take my car as I did not know the place and had no where to sleep, I have bruises and suffered emotionally but the B&b was paid in full.
