NO WORK NO PAY

Homeserv is a renovations company that uses unqualified employees to destroy your home and take your large some of money that they want as a deposit. You will be left with extra costs of repairs as well. Once you have managed to throw them out of your expensive home this owner won't reimburse your deposit. You can't sue this company because they won't give you a physical address. Even your attorney can't summons the owner of this company to court because his address is do confusing. Last year the owner of Homeserv was in the Supreme Court and the plaintiff was one of the large SA banks. Therefore it's possible that even if you manage to sue this company Homeserv you won't get a penny out of the owner. If I was a man I would have sorted this owner out until he coughed up the money. He took advantage of a woman alone who is about to go on pension. Please don't pay a deposit to any contractor. As work is being done check the quality of the work. Get a second profesional opinion if you must, and only pay for work that was done well. Your home costs you a lot of money. Demand best because ultimately you have to live with a bad job once the contractor has gone home.
