Unprofessional conduct and failure to attend to customer queries.

Most unprofessional service and conduct ever. And completely unreliable. 1. I moved into their property and first I reported a blocked drain at the shower to which they said they'll attend to it and never did. I ended up spending my own money to unblock it. 2. When my lease contract ended with them they suggested that I move to one of their bigger property since I was looking for a bigger property. When time came to arrange viewing she was nowhere to be found and never returned my calls nor messages. Until I had to find myself a place before it's too late. And still after that never made follow up to find out what happened. Completely unprofessional. 3. Now comes the issue of my deposit that I paid which almost a month I left their property I still haven't received my deposit. I emailed them, called them and messaged them and promised that they'll attend to it and never did. And now they ignoring my calls and not responding to email correspondence.

I wouldn't advice anyone to rent with this agent. They just Completely disastrous.
