They only care about money

The agent I dealt with here only cared about money. They will make you promises that they will not keep just to secure a deal, once concluded they don't even answer their messages. I bought a house in July 2019 and was horrified by the level of customer care and service. Needless to say, by the day I moved in, I had to fight to get the keys from the agent as they were 'away'. There were things promised that they will be fixed that were not dealt with as promised. I would never want to buy a house through them again. Nothing hurts as a customer than having to deal with poor customer service for something that is being paid for.
