Smeg technician Homesafe warning!

If you need a Smeg technician in Cape Town, please ensure they do NOT send Homesafe out to help. These technicians do not know what they are doing and have given us a three month run around so far, with no resolution in sight. From not arriving, to wrong parts, to car trouble, we've heard it all. They blame Smeg head office for mistakes and have damaged our kitchen unit below the built-in oven while working on it.
